The Rock’s new motivational app may finally get you into the gym

If you follow The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) on Twitter and Instagram, you’re already familiar with his near daily posts of inspirational messages, photos of workout routines and personal goal achievements

Now the former wrestler turned movie action hero has decided to turn his weekly habit into an app called The Rock Clock.

The free app is fairly simple in that it works as a goal tracker and alarm clock.

The unique part comes via the very personal involvement of The Rock in the fabric of the app itself

Stellenbosch, the world’s wine capital

Stellenbosch is internationally renowned for its beautiful environment, wine farms, street cafés, restaurants, quality wines, historical buildings and its famous university.

Worlds longest single abseil drop

The mighty Maletsunyane Falls in Semonkong, Lesotho is one of the highest single dropping Falls in Africa, creating a haze of smoke as the water plummets with rage 186m down into a spectacular canyon. The Guinness World Records recognizes it as the worlds longest commercially operated single drop abseil.
