Kagiso Rabada is not terribly concerned about no longer being the talk of the town when it comes to quick bowlers.

Mount Sierra completes refurb

Mount Sierra, a First Group property at the foot of the Table Mountain, has completed an R11 million (US$748 000) refurbishment of its leisure and business all-inclusive accommodation.

The work forms part of First Group’s large-scale, four-year refurbishment programme of eight properties with a total investment of R179 million ($12m).

Refurbishments at Mount Sierra include a new heated swimming pool and a coffee shop adjacent to the pool area. In the guest accommodation, baths were replaced with walk-in showers in six of the units to encourage guests to save water during their stay.

Blitzboks: Soyizwapi to lead strong squad in Germany

Blitzboks captain Siviwe Soyizwapi will lead a side dominated by experienced players, when the SA Sevens team heads to Munich later in the month.

Neil Powell’s men are one of the rugby teams that will be on show at Oktoberfest, which begins on Saturday, 21 September, ending on 6 October.
